Common Questions
Is there a return policy?
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns and don't grant refunds. All sales are final; however, some units may be adjusted in length or color under special circumstances. Please contact us directly if you'd like your unit adjusted.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments in the following form: CREDIT, DEBIT. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, nor "IOUs". Please contact us directly if you have furhter questions about payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer a 30 DAY payment plan on select units only. To see which units are optional, please click our SHOP tab and select 30-DAY PAYMENT PLAN.
The plan details are as follows:
(1) Clients pays $75 NONREFUNDABLE deposit
(2) Client has 45 days to pay remainder of unit. If client cannot/doesn't pay within 30 days of deposit date, the plan is forfeited and client is refunded payments (NOT including $75 deposit)
(4) Unit will be shipped within 7 days following final payment
*Deposit will NOT be returned under any circumstances including but not limited to financial hardship, sickness, decision to no longer purchase unit, etc
**Payment Plan CANNOT be combined with discounts, promo codes, nor gift certificates.
How do I place a custom unit order?
If you can DREAM it, we can create it. To place an order for a custom unit, please visit our SHOP tab and select CREATE CUSTOM UNIT. Once your order is placed, we'll contact you to be sure we have all the details and specs for your unit that will make your dreams come true!
What if I don't know how to style/wear my wig?
We recommend taking your unit to a professional hairstylist for installation and styling. We DO offer tips about wearing/styling your unit yourself via our Instagram page @acurlsdream
We also recommend purchasing the DREAMband, our signature wig grip band to make wearing your unit easier.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! If you'd like to purchase a gift certificate, click on our SHOP tab and select GIFT. We offer gifts in amounts the following amounts $250, $350, $450, and $500.
Plus, for every $250 spent, we'll add $25 to the card's value. For example, if you buy a $250 certificate, you'll receive a certificate worth $275!
Can I add an elastic band and combs to my unit?
Yes, absolutely! For an additional $10, we will attach 3 combs and our signature adjustable elastic band to any unit, ensuring a comfortable and tight fit.
